Russia handed over to the UN a letter with statements by the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine about the murder of Russians

Russia’s Permanent Representative Vasily Nebenzya circulated a letter in the UN Security Council with statements by the head of Ukraine’s military intelligence, Kirill Budanov, including regarding plans to “continue to kill Russians anywhere.” A copy of the document is “RIA News”.

According to the permanent representative of Russia, Budanov’s words can be regarded as “a blatant example of hate speech and Russophobia.” Nebenzya believes that this is incitement to violence on a national basis.

In addition, the letter contained a mention of a poll in one of the Ukrainian media about who should be next after Daria Dugina, military commissar Vladlen Tatarsky and writer Zakhar Prilepin.
