The interlocutor of the RIA Novosti agency also claimsthat the explosion killed 21 people. According to him, many of them were employees of the Afghan Foreign Ministry, and among the dead there are three members of the Taliban movement.
Embassy of the Russian Federation in Kabul clarifiedthat there are no reports of affected citizens of Russia. Embassy employees are also safe, the diplomatic mission noted.
