The authorities of Poland and Lithuania intend to lobby for NATO security guarantees for Ukraine, Polish leader Andrzej Duda tweeted.
According to him, the meeting held in Lviv was very important – there they were able to discuss key European security issues with the Presidents of Ukraine and Lithuania, Volodymyr Zelensky and Gitanas Nauseda. Also at this meeting, the leaders agreed that they would insist that NATO give Ukraine security guarantees.
Recall that following the results of that meeting, a joint declaration of the presidents of the Lublin Triangle was signed, which confirms the centuries-old historical ties between Ukraine, Lithuania and Poland, and also determines the priorities of the strategic partnership.
