In Orenburg, the killer of two women and a 10-year-old child was detained
Russian Interior Ministry spokeswoman Irina Volk said Orenburg police had detained a suspect in the 1994 murders of two women and a ten-year-old boy.
According to her, 28 years ago, bodies with signs of violent death were found in an apartment in Orenburg. Investigators have identified the alleged perpetrator and put him on the wanted list.
During the investigation, law enforcement officers came to the trail of a man who lived in the Omsk region on false documents.
With the support of the special forces of the Russian Guard, investigators of the Sledkom and the police detained him. The suspect is currently in custody.
The bodies of a 48-year-old woman, her 19-year-old daughter and 10-year-old son were discovered in a house on st. Rodimtsev. Property worth more than three million rubles was missing from the apartment.
During the investigation of the murder, investigators established the involvement of two citizens, aged 44 and 46. One of them was detained in the Omsk region. The second is on the federal wanted list.
