The website of the Russian Foreign Ministry published a message on its website stating that Russia and Thailand have begun to work on the issue of resuming direct flights between the two countries.
In particular, the Thai government has already approved the inclusion of the Sputnik V and Sputnik Light vaccines among the drugs, immunization with which will allow entry into the kingdom without going through quarantine.
Both countries hope that these steps will allow tourism exchanges to resume.
The Russian Foreign Ministry also reports that Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will hold talks in Moscow on September 5-6 with Thai Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Don Pramatvinai.
