Rusprodsoyuz announced a decrease in the cost of Olivier for the first time in several years

The average consumer cost of products for preparing four servings of Olivier salad fell in October this year compared to the same month in 2021, transmits publication “Izvestia” with reference to the calculations of the specialists of “Rusprodsoyuz”.

Experts calculated that the cost of four servings of Olivier fell in price by 0.4% (or 1.6 rubles) to 375 rubles. When calculating the cost, a salad recipe was used, which requires: potatoes (500 g), carrots (200 g), chicken eggs (4 pcs.), Boiled sausage (300 g), mayonnaise (200 g), onions (100 g) , green peas (380 g) and pickles (400 g).

So, for the year, potatoes fell in price by 33% to 30 rubles. per 1 kg, carrots – by 28% to 33 rubles. per 1 kg, cucumbers – by 21% to 100.9 rubles, onions – by 8% to 29.3 rubles, 10 eggs – by 2% to 78.2 rubles.

At the same time, mayonnaise went up by 16% to 280.2 rubles, boiled sausage – by 9% to 478.5 rubles. Canned peas are sold at the same price as a year ago – 80 rubles. for the bank. It is noted that last year the cost of lettuce rose by 15% against the backdrop of the 2020 season. In 2020, compared to 2019, its cost increased by 7.7%.

Last week from the review of the Ministry of Economic Development “On the current price situation” became it is known that the annual inflation in Russia in the week from 8 to 14 November slowed down to 12.4% after 12.52% a week earlier.

The Ministry of Economics earlier predicted inflation by the end of the year at 12.4%. A year earlier, this figure was 8.4%. It is assumed that in 2023 consumer price growth will be at the level of 5.5%, and in the future it will reach the target level of 4%.
