Rural Lipetsk teams will compete in the all-around GTO. Such a sporting event will be held in the region for the first time on December 8.
Participants will meet at the venues of the Vorgol sports and recreation center in the Gazoprovod village of Yeletsk district. Teams consisting of 9 people from 18 to 49 years old will have a program of six types of tests (tests) of the GTO complex.
According to the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Lipetsk Region, the program includes: standing long jump with a push with two legs; flexion and extension of the arms while lying on the floor; 16 kg kettlebell snatch and other tasks.
According to the head of the Lipetsk region, Igor Artamonov, passing the standards of the GTO complex helps to instill in people a desire for a healthy lifestyle.
