Dmitry spoke about the opportunities for the development of rugby in the regions and gave valuable recommendations on the measures that need to be taken in the first place so that the rugby development initiative develops into a full-fledged development of the sport in the coming years.
“This will give young people the opportunity to express themselves, find friends for a new hobby in other cities of Russia, adequately represent their schools and teams at all-Russian competitions, choose a civilian or military higher educational institution to continue their education, where rugby players will have priority in admission,” said Dmitry Litvinov.
Rugby master classes will also be held at the Telviska village school, city school No. 5 and the Nenets Vocational School.
