Rublev beat Khachanov and reached the 1/4 finals of the Macters in Monte Carlo

Russian tennis player Andrei Rublev defeated his compatriot Karen Khachanov in the third round match of the Masters series tournament in Monte Carlo. The match ended with the score 7:6 (7:4), 6:2. Rublev reached the 1/4 finals of the tournament.
The duration of the match was 1 hour 30 minutes. Rublev made five aces, actively won 22 goals, made seven mistakes and converted three out of three break points. Khachanov has two aces, one double fault, 11 faults and one realized break point out of one.
In the next round Andrey Rublev will play with the German Jan-Lennard Struff. In the last match, he defeated the fourth racket of the world Norwegian Kasper Ruud.
The Masters Series clay tournament takes place in Monte Carlo from 9 to 16 April. The prize fund exceeds €5.7 million.
