The conscription of heads and owners of companies can lead to a halt in their work and disruption of contracts, in connection with which the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs believes that such citizens should be exempted from partial mobilization. The union was informed about this.

Recall that on September 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the beginning of partial mobilization in the country.

According to representatives of the RSPP, the conscription of owners and managers of companies can result in a quick shutdown of enterprises, disruption of contracts, as it requires the transfer of authority, registration of the right to sign and other legal actions.

On this basis, the RSPP believes that it is necessary to give a deferment from mobilization according to several criteria to the main owners (which is especially important for small and medium-sized businesses) and citizens who perform the functions of the sole executive body of a legal entity.

Also, the experts of the union drew attention to the fact that the short-term retirement of a significant number of key personnel in the workforce cannot be quickly compensated due to quick hiring in the market, when it comes to technological industries with a high level of requirements for the qualifications of workers.
