Rowers of KSTU became the leaders of the Student Rowing League

The rowing team of the University complex of KSTU finished the second stage of the winter championship of the Student Rowing League in rowing-indoor. According to the results of the races of the second stage, the athletes of KSTU-BGARF with a new line-up were able to take fourth place among the strongest teams. This was reported by the press service of the university.
It is noted that the team has risen thanks to the victory to fifth place in the overall standings of the SGL rating.
The third stage of this winter season of the SGL will take place already in 2023 – on February 4 and 5. On it, for the first time in the season, athletes will cover distances of 6000 meters, as well as in races of 500 meters and in the team event 4x500m.
Formerly MK in Kaliningrad informedthat head coach Andrey Nikitin resigned from the regional football club Baltika.
