The Federal Water Resources Agency has planned to improve the contractor control system. For example, there are plans to use unmanned aerial vehicles to film works on the improvement of rivers and lakes. This was told to journalists by the head of Rosvodresursy Dmitry Kirillov.
Earlier, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Victoria Abramchenko instructed the Federal Water Resources Agency to submit a draft system for monitoring the work of contractors for clearing and dredging water bodies.
Swimming drones will record the parameters of work at all stages of the process. This will provide funding and have an objective picture of the work, said Kirillov.
At first, the innovation will be “a little overhead”, but the costs should be significantly reduced in the long run, when the reform is carried out in all regions, the official said. He explained that the need to involve people in such work would disappear.
