Rostec has doubled the production of Su-34 and Su-35 fighters for the needs of the Northern Military District

The Rostec company began to produce twice as many Su-30, Su-34 and Su-35 fighters for the needs of the military in Ukraine. This was announced by the First Deputy General Director of Rostec Vladimir Artyakov.
“Aviation is also our sector, for some positions we also doubled the number of combat aircraft that we issue to the Ministry of Defense. These are Su-30s, Su-34s, Su-35s – they are very effective on the line of contact and to a large extent help to fulfill the tasks of our special military operation,” Vladimir Artyakov said in an interview with the Russia-24 TV channel.
The Su-34 fighter is produced at the Novosibirsk Aviation Plant. V.P. Chkalov of the Sukhoi holding, the Su-35 fighter – in Komsomolsk-on-Amur at the Yu. A. Gagarin aircraft plant, the Su-30 fighter – at the Irkutsk Aviation Plant.
Kurganmashzavod, part of Rostec, the lead contractor for the state defense order since 2023, will introduce the latest 2C245M tank destroyers and BT-3F armored personnel carriers into production. In addition, Rostec is preparing to begin production of the latest means of combating drones.
