Rospotrebnadzor specialists also urged to ensure regular ventilation of the premises, to refuse fatty foods, and to eat more fish, seafood and vegetables with fruits. At the same time, it is better to eat food in the morning and in the evening, and not in the very heat.

The experts also reminded of the need to drink water – at least 1.5 liters per day. It should not be sweet, carbonated, energy drinks, or alcohol.

During the day, experts recommended taking a cool shower, and for swimming in the open air, choose only places designated and equipped for this purpose. The experts also reminded about the need to use a hat and sunglasses, as well as the opportunity to cool off in public places where there is air conditioning.
