Roskachestvo named the best sour cream

Roskachestvo published the results of an all-Russian study of 20% fat sour cream, which was conducted at the request of buyers. Products of 87 brands were selected for the study. 38 of them received the highest rating from experts.

In the course of research, phytosterols were found in the sour cream of the Annushkina Ferma, Vyatskaya, New Village, Selected, Pyatigorskaya, Vita brands, as well as in the so-called homemade sour cream bought on the market. This suggests that vegetable fats were used in the production of products.

In the products of nineteen brands, experts recorded non-compliance with safety requirements for microbiological indicators. So, in the sour cream of the Vita brand, bacteria of the Escherichia coli group and an excess of yeast and mold content were found. E. coli and yeast were found in the products of the Annushkina Farm, From the Milk of Our Milking and Dairy Farmer trademarks. Sour cream of the Kaluga Dawn, Kirzhachsky Dairy Plant, Kozelskaya, Molochny Domik, and Prosto Azbuka trademarks contained E. coli.

In sour cream of the brands Vinsad Dairy Plant, Vyatskaya, Every Day, M2, Marusya, Stavropol Dairy Plant, Privolzhsky Dairy Plant, Native Nature, Sour Cream from Talitsa and Ozon detected an excess of yeast. Starch was found in the products of Annushkina Farm. And in the sour cream “Ugleche Pole” traces of the antibiotic doxycycline were found. Meanwhile, Roskachestvo reported that the producers of Ugleche Pole sour cream, having learned about the results of the study, have tightened control over milk suppliers and are taking other measures to prevent the release of products with violations in the future.

The experts did not have any complaints from the sour cream of the trademarks Agrocomplex Vyselkovsky, Altai Burenka, Granny Products, White Castle, Vemol, VkusVill, Vkusnoteevo, Harmony of the Day, House in the Village ”, “Green Coast”, “Green Meadow”, “Ermolino”, “Cow from Korenovka”, “Kungurskaya”, “Swan Milk”, “Summer Meadow”, “Favorite Milk”, “Minskaya Marka”, “MolkoM”, “Dairy Culture”, “Milk Spring”, “Our Cow”, “Nytvenskaya”, “From Krasulya”, “Special Collection”, “Piskarevskaya”, “Prinevskoye”, “Prostokvashino”, “Scooter”, “Sarafanovo”, ” Severnaya Dolina, Selo Zelenoe, Snezhok, EcoVakino, Ekomilk, EkoNiva, Metro Chef and Spar.

In addition, sour cream with a mass fraction of fat of 20% of four brands: Agrocomplex Vyselkovsky, Korovka from Korenovka, Lebedyan’s milk and Snezhok received the Russian quality mark.
