Ex-head of Roscosmos Rogozin called for a second wave of mobilization in the Russian Federation
Former head of Roscosmos Dmitry Rogozinwho previously announced his departure to the NVO zone with a group of military advisers “Tsar’s Wolves”, said that, in his opinion, a new mobilization is required in Russia.
“You just have to keep in mind that the enemy is much stronger than us,” – said Rogozin in an interview with the radio station “Moscow Speaks”.
He added that “that’s why mobilization is needed” and that “it had to go through not only one” in the fall of 2022, “but another mobilization had to go through.”
At the same time, Rogozin expressed the opinion that volunteers, who, in his opinion, “should have been gathered within the framework of one army,” could help avoid the “second wave.”
“So I just have something to do with this, one might say, our volunteer army,” – a former member of the government.
Commissar Aleksandr Sladkov expressed the same opinion on social media on Wednesday. He stated that “in order to achieve positive results in the SVO, replenishment of people is necessary.” The Kremlin has repeatedly stated that a new wave of mobilization in the Russian Federation is not being discussed. The last time, at the moment, the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov spoke about this on April 21: “There is no talk of some kind of wave of mobilization.”
