Vladimir Rogov, a member of the main council of the administration of the Zaporozhye region, said that the monuments to the Russian commander Alexander Suvorov and naval commander Fyodor Ushakov were evacuated from Kherson. According to him, they decided to take out the monuments because of the threats of shelling and sabotage by the Ukrainian army.
“Now they save not only people. According to the information I have, even monuments are being taken out of Kherson. He added that they decided to remove the monuments “due to constant shelling and sabotage” by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
