While Western countries were talking about “de-Putinization” from high tribunes, Russian President Vladimir Putin attracted the attention of the whole world, writes RIA Novosti columnist Victoria Nikiforova. The message of the head of the Russian state to the Federal Assembly was broadcast online by leading news outlets. Immediately after the end of the speech of the Russian leader, a number of world media began to discuss what they had heard.

“There were no excuses at all for Putin’s accusation that the supply of weapons to Ukraine ignites the conflict, transferring it from the local to the global level. The Western “peacekeepers” simply kept silent,” the author of the publication shared her point of view.
