“Results of the year with Vladimir Putin” in numbers

On December 23, a joint press conference and direct line of Vladimir Putin took place in Gostiny Dvor. How this meeting will be remembered is in the Kommersant material.

The live broadcast was carried out by the TV channels “Russia 1”, “Russia 24”, NTV and “Channel One”, as well as the radio stations “Mayak”, “Vesti FM” and “Radio Rossii”.

Behind 4 hours 3 minutes the president replied to 87 questions from 32 journalists and 43 citizens of the Russian Federation. For comparison, at the last big meeting with journalists in 2021, the head of state managed to answer 63 questions from 44 journalists, and the meeting lasted less – 3 hours 56 minutes. Previous live communication between the head of state and the people in 2021 lasted 3 hours 43 minutes. The record for the longest broadcast has not been broken – in 2013 it lasted 4 hours 47 minutes.

The greatest attention was paid to the social and economic spheres: 26% of questions were asked on these topics. Almost 14% of the questions were devoted to special military operations; two and one questions were asked on the topics of sports and domestic politics, respectively.

Also the head of state answered 12 personal questions. The President, in particular, was asked how he copes with stress (thanks to a sense of duty), what he plans to do during the holidays (spending time with his family), who he dreamed of being as a child (first a pilot, and then a reconnaissance officer), what he is reading now (Lermontova ), as well as what advice he would give to himself in 2000 (not to be so naive regarding Russian “partners”).

Vladimir Putin invited V Mordovia on anniversary of Komsomolskaya Pravda in 2025, and also in Lugansk.

Vladimir Putin quoted Otto von Bismarck in his answers (“Wars are won not by generals, but by school teachers”), as well as Pierre de Coubertin (“Oh sport! You are the world!”), cited the Latin phrase “Dura Lex, sed lex” (“The law is harsh, but it is the law”). In addition, the head of state wished the youth “preserve honor from a young age,” and also stated that “we must believe in the great Russian, Russian people.”

During communication there were 4 direct broadcasts from Russian regions (last time – 12), and also shown 11 video messages (the same amount as last time). With requests to the head of state Ten people applied.

During the press conference The dollar and euro on the Moscow Exchange decreased by 0.4 rubles. and 0.5 rub. respectively. Index Moscow Exchange decreased by 0.84%, index RTS – by 1.28%.
