So, last year, according to experts, 48.9% of transactions in the primary market of the Moscow region were concluded with Muscovites, 31.7% – with residents of the Moscow region and 19.4% – with residents of other regions. This year, the share of buyers from Moscow decreased to 31.2%, the share of residents of the Moscow region increased to 38.4%, and regional buyers increased to 30.4%.
In absolute terms, the number of transactions with residents of the capital has remained virtually unchanged, the demand for housing from residents of the Moscow Region has increased by 2.35 times, and from representatives of other regions – more than three times, analysts say.
It turned out that residents of the Rostov region were most interested in new buildings near Moscow, it was they who bought 6.1% of all apartments sold in the region. In addition, residents of Samara (4.8% of transactions), Belgorod (3.9%), Tula (3.7%), Smolensk (3.7%) and Leningrad regions (3.6%) have shown particular activity.
