The first housing certificates were handed over to residents of the Kherson region in Anapa, the press service of the administration of the Krasnodar Territory reported.
They explained that in the Kuban “the issuance of housing certificates to citizens of the Russian Federation who were forced to leave the city of Kherson and the right-bank part of the Kherson region” began.
The administration emphasized that these are “the first certificates in Russia issued on such grounds.”
Mothers with many children Irina Kachur and Maria Dyomina received certificates for housing. Kachur has six children, Demina has seven.
“We said goodbye to our home and do not know if we will return back,” said Irina Kachur. According to her, her impressions of Anapa are “wonderful”, where the family is “taken care of, they help”.
“Very hospitable city,” said the mother of many children.
In addition, the Kuban authorities noted that, by decision of the government, a one-time allowance of 100,000 rubles would be paid for each family member.
Earlier, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin said that all residents of the Kherson region who wished to move to other regions of Russia would be issued housing certificates. Housing can be bought in any region of the country in the primary, as well as in the secondary market. The amount of certificates will be calculated from the average cost of housing in the Russian Federation.
