Representative of the Far Eastern Regional Tourism Association Valentina Aseeva said that residents of Khabarovsk will be able to visit the Chinese cities of Beijing and Harbin without a visa.
The only condition for Russians to stay without visas in Chinese cities is to have a ticket to a third country. According to the new rules, Khabarovsk residents can stay in Beijing without a visa for up to 144 hours with the opportunity to go to the city.
Meanwhile, Russians in Harbin can travel freely without visas for 48 hours.
Recall that earlier the Rossiya airline said that it was launching flights from Khabarovsk to Beijing in June.
Since March 1, China has softened the entry rules for Russian tourists. Now Russians entering China are exempted from the mandatory PCR test.
