Residents of Kalmykia honored the memory of their fellow countryman with a volleyball tournament

The Ulanergin school in the Yashkul district of Kalmykia hosted the annual regional volleyball tournament in memory of the school graduate, internationalist warrior Eduard Baraev.
Five teams took part in the competition. Viktor Baraev thanked the tournament organizers for the good memory of his brother, wishing the guys success.
In memory of fellow countrymen who died in local wars and military conflicts, sixth-grader Aminat Musaeva sang the song “Let’s Rise.”
According to the results of the volleyball battles, the victory was won by the students of the Ulanergin secondary school, who won the cup from the Baraev family, the team of the Chilgir secondary school took second place and the students of the Gashun school took third place.
The winner and runners-up were awarded certificates and medals. The “best players” of the teams were awarded with certificates and statuettes from the Barayev family and the administration of the Yashkul Regional Medical Association.
