A family living in Tomsk complained about a woman with mental illness who had been living with them in the same communal apartment for two years.
Tomsk residents reported that a neighbor walks around the common space in her underwear, presses loose leaf tea into the sink drain, smears feces and blood on its surface, and during an exacerbation she stuck dirty pads on the mirror with a cross, reports website KP.RU.
Residents also have to deal with loud laughter, obscene language and constant demands to leave the toilet, accompanied by descriptions of a woman’s physiological needs.
One day a neighbor said the phrase “until you put a knife in your back, you won’t calm down.” She herself complained to the police that her neighbors wanted to stab her to death.
