Residents and guests of the Kuban capital will enjoy free outdoor exercise. The event of the sports and recreation project “Cheerful Morning in the Kuban” will be held on Thursday, August 17. The training will be organized as part of the All-Russian week of promotion of active sports.
The lesson will be conducted by the methodologist of the Center for Public Health and Medical Prevention Alexander Goryachev. The specialist noted that charging gives cheerfulness and energy for the whole day. According to him. Exercise improves posture, increases the tone of blood vessels, muscles, stress resistance, activates the brain, and stabilizes the activity of all body systems. The training starts at 08:00 on Zipovskaya street, sports ground at building No. 31. Everyone can take part in the event for free.
