Resident of Technopolis Moscow organized an internship at the production of medicines

Biocad invited students from Moscow colleges and universities to visit a new pharmaceutical complex. The interns will take part in the production of medicines and in the maintenance of equipment, as well as work in the IT department, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said on social networks.
The new PK-137 complex is part of the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone. It is located on the Alabushevo site. The company manufactures medicines for the health care system of the capital.
“Today, 22 residents of the special economic zone of the capital and over 1.7 thousand people work in the field of medical equipment and biopharmaceuticals. The industry is actively developing, which contributes to the growth in demand for qualified personnel. To attract young employees, the company conducts paid internships with possible employment,” said the head of the Moscow Investment and Industrial Policy Department,Vladislav Ovchinsky.
At such industrial internships, students receive theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Soon the company will expand the list of partners – educational institutions in Moscow.
The company received a record number of applications for a summer internship – more than three thousand. In total, 110 students were sent to Biocad to gain experience. According to the company’s internal statistics, every fourth trainee was offered a job based on the results of their internship.
