Registration for sports events within the framework of the XXXIV All-Russian Olympic Day is open. The event will take place on June 18 on the territory of the sports and tourist complex “Mountain Air”, the press service of the Ministry of Sports of the Sakhalin Region reported.
At 10:00 a.m., the Olympic Mile relay starts at the lower station. It can be attended by teams of five people (must include at least one woman), over 14 years old and without medical contraindications.
The ascent will be divided into five stages of 300-350 meters each and will end at the middle station of the complex.
At 10:30 a.m., the official opening of the event will take place on the middle ground, and at 11:00 a.m., the Olympic Vertical extreme race will start. Participants aged 14 years and older will have to prove themselves in the individual competition at a distance of 300 meters uphill along the Armeyka track.

The issuance of start numbers will take place at the Spartak Stadium (Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Alexei Gorky St. 7, Summer Sports School) on June 15 and 16 July from 10:00 to 13:00, from 14:00 to 17:00 . On the day of the competition, the numbers will be available at the lower station of STK “Mountain Air” from 08:30 to 10:30.
