Regions instructed to ensure the operation of the 122 service on weekends

Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian government Dmitry Chernyshenko instructed the heads of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation to ensure the work of service 122 on weekends, the deputy chairman’s office reported.
Representatives of the ONF are working around the clock to assess the quality of work of call center operators in the regions, the report says.
Service 122 is deployed in all regions of Russia. “Since Thursday, more than 200,000 calls have already been received to hotline 122 on issues of partial mobilization,” Chernyshenko said.
