Regional fishing competitions were held in Severodvinsk. 27 competitors tested their luck and skill. Awards and places were distributed to the winners both in the individual and in the team standings.
Not everyone associates fishing with sports. However, there is also an element of competition here: the catch largely depends on the experience and skill of the angler. Excitement adds and the need to meet a certain time.
After counting the catch, the jury determined the top three: the Pomor Fishing team from Arkhangelsk was declared the winner, the Kamyzyaki team, which took second place, was just a little short of victory. The third place went to the Spinfish team from Severodvinsk.
In the individual championship, the podium was taken by the Arkhangelsk citizens – Ivan Mishachev, Evgeny Erofeevsky and Sergey Kostylev.
Fishing competitions are organized within the framework of the regional state program “Development of physical culture and sports in the Arkhangelsk region.”
