The main risk factors are genetics, fluid retention, allergies, sun exposure, lack of sleep, and poor nutrition.

Is there a simple and universal way to get rid of puffy eyes? If you don’t get enough sleep or sleep face down on your pillow, the puffiness usually gets worse, so one of the most obvious methods of eliminating puffiness that can give visible results is to simply sleep longer and in a more elevated position.
