Head of the Red Bull Formula 1 team and CEO of Red Bull Racing Ltd. Christian Horner will continue to work in his post. Based on the results of the company’s internal investigation, charges of indecent behavior were dropped against him, reports AP with reference to the company’s statement.

“The independent investigation into the allegations made against Mr Horner has been completed and Red Bull can confirm that the complaint has been dismissed. The applicant has the right to appeal. Red Bull is confident that the investigation was fair, rigorous and impartial,” the company said in a statement quoted by the agency.

Red Bull decided not to publish the investigation report because it contains confidential information of the participants in the proceedings. “We will not comment further on the situation out of respect for all parties involved. Red Bull will continue to strive to meet high production standards,” the company added.

About the charges against 50-year-old Christian Horner became known at the beginning of February. The Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf wrote that one of his colleagues accused Mr. Horner of inappropriate behavior. According to the German newspaper Bild, the reason for checking the CEO of Red Bull Racing Ltd was the photographs that he sent to an employee.
