Recruitment services have recorded a massive distribution of interviews in an online format

The majority of Russian companies (81%) conduct interviews online, follows from a joint survey of the hh.ru service and the Kontur.Tolk video communication platform. Most often, Russian employers hire sales specialists remotely. Of all applicants who are interviewed remotely, more than a third (35%) are sales managers. IT specialists are in 2nd place: every fourth remote candidate is a development employee. Often, online interviews are also preferred by administrative staff (23%). Hiring experts see online recruiting as a sustainable trend, saving time and, in other cases, money.
The survey was conducted from June 19 to July 3, 2023. 368 Russian companies from different industries and regions took part in it.
