RBC: the Kremlin began preparing Putin’s message to the Federal Assembly

The publication also requested a comment on this from the press secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov, but he replied that he could not yet comment on information about the possible preparation of the message.
In September, RIA Novosti, citing sources reportedthat Vladimir Putin could send a message to the Federal Assembly on September 30, but on that day, a ceremony was held to sign agreements on the entry of a number of territories considered by the international community as part of Ukraine into Russia.
November 9 Dmitry Peskov declaredthat the date of the announcement of the message depends on the schedule of Vladimir Putin. The last time this protocol event was held on April 21, 2021.
