RBC: five employees and the CEO of an IT company with a reservation received subpoenas in Moscow

Yevgeny Krekoten, CEO of the Moscow IT company RDL-Telecom LLC, and five of his employees were given mobilization summonses despite the delay he received. This is reported RBC with reference to the press service of the company. The head of the Ministry of Digital Development, Maksut Shadayev, turned to the chief military prosecutor with a request to conduct an audit.

In RDL-Telecom, RBC was told that all the called-up employees applied for a deferment at Gosuslugi and received a notification that they were included in the list.

On October 11, the company received subpoenas for six employees, including the general director, with a demand to appear the next day at a mobilization point in the Lefortovo area. At the mobilization point, their passports and military cards were confiscated. “The inspectors said that they didn’t care about all documents and public services, explaining that there were no such names on the lists of the General Staff for deferment,” RBC quotes employees as saying.

One of them, according to the publication, was crossed out with a group of unsuitability and wrote a group of suitability A. The next day, they were all ordered to return to the collection point to be sent to military units.

RDL-Telecom sent a statement to the military commissariat, as well as a request to the Ministry of Digital Transformation, but the military commissariat did not accept the received confirmation of the postponement. The company intends to appeal the actions of the military commissar to the prosecutor’s office of the Lefortovsky district and file an application with the military prosecutor’s office.

Partial mobilization has been announced in Russia since September 21. Initially, the reservation was provided only for employees of military-industrial enterprises. Later, a delay was introduced for some employees in the IT sector, communications, the media, as well as organizations that ensure the stability of the national payment system and financial market infrastructure. Since September 27, Gosuslugakh has launched a service for collecting data on employees of accredited IT companies. To receive a deferment, you must submit an application and wait for its approval.
