Rapper Vacio was re-arrested for 10 days for petty hooliganism – Kommersant

Rapper Vacio (Nikolai Vasilyev), one of the guests of Anastasia Ivleeva’s “naked party,” was detained again after serving 15 days of administrative arrest for petty hooliganism. Lefortovo Court of Moscow appointed he has another 10 days of administrative arrest for petty hooliganism with resisting a police officer (Part 2 of Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation).

December 22 Lefortovo court appointed Nikolay Vasilyev received 15 days of arrest and a fine of 200 thousand rubles. for disturbing public order and using obscene language at a party in Mutabor.

Vacio was supposed to be released from the special detention center on January 5. As reported by the Telegram channel Sotathe police explained that the performer left ahead of schedule and did not answer calls from friends because his phone was dead.

A Kommersant source close to the Investigative Committee reported that a case of extremism against Ivleeva’s party participants has not yet been opened.

Anastasia Ivleeva’s party with the dress code “almost naked” was held on December 21 at the Moscow club Mutabor. The event was attended by Philip Kirkorov, Dima Bilan, Lolita, Dzhigan. After his arrest, Vacio apologized for his image and noted that he does not support LGBT people. Other partygoers later apologized.

December 27 Lefortovo court decidedthat the party was aimed at spreading non-traditional sexual relationships. Several media and advertising companies froze contracts with artists who attended the party. Anastasia Ivleeva fined for 100 thousand rubles. for organizing an event that violates public order.
