POC member Alexey Lobarev in conversation with “Moskovsky Komsomolets” said that he visited special detention center No. 2 of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the city of Moscow, where rapper Nikolai Vasiliev (Vacio) is currently serving his sentence. According to Mr. Lobarev, after serving a sentence of 15 days, the rapper was taken to the military registration and enlistment office near the Belorusskaya metro station, where he was given a summons for January 9, and then taken to the police station for a “professional conversation.”

“After several leading questions, Nikolai Vasiliev repeated how he cursed the provocateurs with an obscene word, he was immediately charged with this and taken to court,” explained Alexey Lobarev.

He noted that on the day of his appearance on the summons, Vacio will be in a special detention center. “But military service does not seem to threaten him: in his native Yekaterinburg, he allegedly did not pass the Military Military Test for health reasons,” said the human rights activist.

On January 6, the rapper was detained again after serving 15 days of administrative arrest for petty hooliganism. The Lefortovo Court of Moscow sentenced him to another 10 days of administrative arrest for petty hooliganism with resisting a police officer (Part 2 of Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation).

On December 22, the Lefortovo court sentenced Nikolai Vasiliev to 15 days of arrest and a fine of 200 thousand rubles. for disturbing public order and using obscene language at a party in Mutabor, organized by blogger Anastasia Ivleeva. Vacio was supposed to be released from the special detention center on January 5.
