Rapper Timal in custody after hitting his dog in Snapchat video

Alerted by Internet users, the 30 million Friends Foundation filed a complaint for animal abuse on Wednesday as well as a report on the government platform Pharos, which makes it possible to alert on illegal Internet content. The rapper’s dog, as well as a second American Stafford, were also seized and entrusted to the Action Protection Animale association.
