RANEPA students became bronze medalists of badminton competitions

Students of the Stavropol branch of the Presidential Academy became bronze medalists of badminton competitions as part of the Spartakiad among higher educational institutions of the city of Stavropol.
From March to April 2023, the Committee of Physical Culture and Sports of the city administration organized the Spartakiad in 12 sports: basketball, football, volleyball, swimming, kettlebell lifting, the TRP complex and others. The purpose of the large-scale event is to increase the level of sports skills of students, popularization and development of physical culture and sports.
The badminton team of the Stavropol branch of the Presidential Academy, consisting of A. Kholodov, I. Albotov, O. Lebedeva and A. Kateneva, performed worthily at the competition and showed their skills with a racket and shuttlecock.
“We seriously prepared for the competition, and the team deservedly became the bronze medalist in the final. We had every chance to take silver, but the game is a game! The shortcomings and mistakes we made in today’s meetings once again show that we should not stop there!”, – shared the captain of the badminton team Alexander Kholodov, a student of the 1st year of training in Management.
