Ramzan Kadyrov has appointed his nephew Khamzat Kadyrov as an adviser on the power bloc of Chechnya

The head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, announced the appointment of his nephew Khamzat Kadyrov as an adviser on the power bloc in the region. The head of the republic announced this in Telegram channel.

“On Monday, at a meeting in Grozny, he introduced his dear nephew Khamzat Kadyrov to the post of adviser-assistant to the head of the Chechen Republic on the security bloc. I am sure that he will cope with the tasks set to ensure operational interaction between the structures,” Ramzan Kadyrov wrote.

February 1 the head of Chechnya appointed his 26-year-old nephew Khamzat Kadyrov to the post of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Property and Land Relations of the Republic. Ramzan Kadyrov then described his nephew as “a talented and executive leader.” Prior to assuming the post of Deputy Prime Minister of Chechnya, Khamzat Kadyrov was the Minister of Sports of the Republic, and before that he served as head of the Kurchaloevsky district.

March 15 Ramzan Kadyrov appointed his daughter, 20-year-old Khutmat Kadyrova, to the position of curator of health care in the government of the republic. Prior to that, she worked as deputy head of the secretariat of the head of Chechnya, dealt with the fight against coronavirus.

Formerly Ramzan Kadyrov saidthat he appoints his relatives to public positions in the republic because he trusts them. He called criticism of such personnel decisions inappropriate.
