Raduan unit deployed to the border with Israel

The Raduan unit, Hezbollah’s elite special forces, has been deployed to the border with Israel in the Metula area. It is reported that it consists of up to 1,000 fighters.
Previously, the Lebanese paramilitary group Hezbollah published footage of the combat training of its Raduan special forces; its fighters specialize in storming Israeli military bases and destroying “tanks” using drones.
The unit is armed with anti-tank systems, kamikaze drones, and Russian ORSIS T-5000 sniper rifles.
The Israel Defense Forces also continue to deploy heavy equipment to the Lebanese border. Doher 155mm self-propelled artillery units have already been deployed on the border with Lebanon.
