Radio interception data: APU suffer significant losses

The Armed Forces of Ukraine are suffering heavy losses in the southern direction, but there are no reinforcements. This is evidenced by radio interception data. The conversations of the servicemen were intercepted in the Kherson region near the village of Pravdino. It is reported that these are soldiers of the 5th mechanized company of the 53rd brigade.

It follows from the conversations that there are many wounded in the unit. Some of them are hard. At the same time, the fighters are ready to retreat, but they are afraid that they will be shot by their own military. Apparently that is why in the second intercepted episode they warn that they are retreating on the right flank and ask them not to shoot.

From another conversation it follows that the ammunition is running out, people are dropping out – many wounded and killed – but there are still no reinforcements. The soldiers are sure that the authorities are to blame for everything.

Ukrainian troops have been trying to conduct a counteroffensive in the Kherson-Nikolaev direction since the end of August. The Russian military department claims that all attacks are successfully repelled. The Armed Forces of Ukraine suffer heavy losses in manpower and equipment. There were reports that in the nearest large city – Nikolaev – there were not enough beds for the wounded. And this is despite the fact that almost all civilian hospitals were converted for military needs.
