In Crimea, the servers of local radio stations were hacked, spreading false reports about the impending evacuation of the inhabitants of the peninsula, Oleg Kryuchkov, adviser to the head of the republic, said.
“In Crimea, the streams of several radio stations were broken. Transmitters are being turned off and the causes of hacking are being eliminated. All reports are false,” Mr. Kryuchkov noted in Telegram.
The information that sounded on the morning air warned of the imminent termination of communication with the mainland of the Russian Federation and the preparation of “evacuation flights”. Citizens were also advised to collect an alarm case, stock up on fuel and food.
Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev declared about similar problems, emphasizing that in reality everything is calm in the city.
Previously he informed about a night attack by Ukrainian drones that were trying to break into the bay.
