Vladimir Putin explained who should be considered the country’s elite. In his opinion, these are primarily those who defend their fatherland. And, according to the president, “weirdos who expose their genitals” are absolutely not suitable for forming an elite. At the same time, Putin added that even these strange personalities have the right to exist.
The head of state emphasized that in the medium and long term, the basis of the state should be those who have passed the crucible of trials – the participants of the Northern Military District. He promised that the entire state mechanism would be rebuilt so that these people would have a chance to prove themselves in peaceful, civil life.
