Voskresensky stressed that despite the large number of unresolved problems that he inherited as a “legacy of past periods”, he believes in the potential of the region and people. “I love the Ivanovo region, we have wonderful people,” he said.

In turn, Putin answered in the affirmative and added that Voskresensky came to the post of governor of the Ivanovo region when “the situation in the region was not the easiest.” “A lot has been accomplished during your work. Stanislav Voskresensky was born on September 29, 1976 in Samara. In October 2017, he was appointed acting governor of the Ivanovo region, in September 2018 he won the election with 65% of the vote. Prior to that, he worked as Deputy Minister of Economic Development of Russia.
