President Vladimir Putin signed law about labor education of Russian schoolchildren. The document cancels the provision on the prohibition of involvement in socially useful work without the consent of students or their parents. We are talking about cleaning the classroom, caring for the school grounds, helping in the library.
schoolchildren will be able to involve them in “socially useful work”, taking into account their “age and psychophysical characteristics”. The law was submitted to the State Duma on May 24. In the explanatory note, as examples of socially useful work, planting trees and flowers on the school grounds, participation in the design of a class or school grounds for events, assistance in the library, museum were mentioned.
