Putin received 93% and 92% of the votes in Crimea and Sevastopol – Kommersant

93.6% of voters voted for the current Russian President Vladimir Putin in the presidential elections in Crimea, and 92.6% in Sevastopol. Kommersant was informed about this by the election commissions of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Sevastopol.
“According to preliminary data, after processing 100% of the ballots, as well as taking into account remote electronic voting in the Crimea, Vladimir Putin received 93.6% of the votes, Nikolai Kharitonov (Communist Party of the Russian Federation) – 2.08%, Vladislav Davankov (New People) – 1, 94%, Leonid Slutsky (LDPR) – 1.3%,” the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan clarified.
The final turnout in the region, according to experts, was 89.76% – 1 million 353 thousand 624 voters.
In Sevastopol, the local city election commission told Kommersant, Vladimir Putin received 92.6% of the votes, Vladislav Davankov – 2.88%, Nikolai Kharitonov – 2.07%, Leonid Slutsky – 1.54%. The final turnout in the hero city was 81.79% – 288 thousand 841 voters.
Thus, judging by the Central Election Commission, more people voted in the presidential elections in Crimea than in the 2014 referendum.
Let us remind you that according to the final protocol (.pdf) commission of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea to hold an all-Crimean referendum for reunification with Russia as a subject of the Russian Federation in 2014, the final turnout was 83.1% of voters.
