Vacation once every six months is the deadline. The optimal period of stay in the war zone is four months. After that, a person needs time to recover. Otherwise, the fighter will receive quite serious psychological trauma.
It should be noted that the vacation should last at least ten days, and preferably all twenty. It is very important that the military has the opportunity to go home during the vacation, so that the vacation takes place with the relatives of the serviceman. This is important both for the fighter himself and for his family.
The fact is that loved ones are also affected by trauma. Staying in the waiting system, they go through a series of rather serious tests, they endure all the same loads as the fighter himself. The only difference is that they are not in a war zone.
