Russian President Vladimir Putin presented Medni Kadyrova with the insignia “Mother Heroine”, said press office Kremlin. Ranks wife of Ramzan Kadyrov was awarded in November 2022. The couple are raising 14 children.

“Raising children is both joy and everyday work. Honoring families with many children is in the tradition of our people. I am glad to welcome Lyudmila Nikolaevna Badmayeva and Medni Musaevna Kadyrova, who have been awarded the title of Mother Heroine, to this hall,” Vladimir Putin stressed.

Along with Mrs. Kadyrova, the sign was presented to Lyudmila Badmaeva from Buryatia. November 2022 reportedthat she is expecting her tenth child.

President Vladimir Putin revived the title of “Mother Heroine” in August 2022. The awards are given to Russian women who have given birth and raised ten children. The title is accompanied by a monetary reward of 1 million rubles.
