Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov said that Vladimir Putin regularly communicates with the military directly involved in the hostilities during the special operation in Ukraine. According to the Kremlin spokesman, the head of state receives complete and reliable information about the situation in the zone of military operations. “The president receives information from many sources, including official daily reports of the Russian Defense Ministry, he is still the supreme commander in chief, this includes communication with ordinary people and communication with commanders who, literally minutes earlier, ended the battle and left the battlefield,”— said Dmitry Peskov during a conference call. Also, according to Dmitry Peskov, Vladimir Putin intends to continue the practice of personal communication with the military personnel participating in the special operation and with war correspondents covering the course of the NMD. The day before, on June 13, Vladimir Putin held a big meeting with military commanders, during which he stated that he had repeatedly communicated personally and by phone with Russian military personnel located in the NVO zone.
