In this excerpt, the channel employee pointed out the attentiveness of the head of state.
The footage shows how Putin enters the hall and, greeting the audience, addresses Kadyrov.
“Ramzan Akhmatovich, in my opinion, your beard has become even bigger,” Putin said.
Kadyrov laughed in response and confirmed that the observation was correct.
“We have everything under control,” Putin summed up.
